Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Swedish idyll by forest and lake

Relax in this unique and quiet home in the middle of the forest and close to a lovely swimming and fishing lake. When you turn down the forest path and Älmatassjön appears, you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the mirror-like lake and the tall trees swaying in the wind. It's balm for the soul. You can go for long walks in the woods or row out on the lake and maybe catch a fish. We have refurbished it from top to toe and decorated it with flea finds and things we have built ourselves. We hope you will enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Cozy cottage in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Matvik, sea view, sauna, close to swimming and fishing. Cottage on the mainland at Karlshamn's archipelago, neighboring both forest and sea. Big garden for playing. Short walking distance to archipelago boat, swimming and small jetty. Neighbors are nearby, summer cottage opposite. Our cottage was built around 1970 with a newly-renovated kitchen and refreshed in the rest of the house. The bathroom is of an older model with plastic mat and panel.

Cosy 35 sqm attic apartment in a rural setting close to nature, the sea and Karlshamn, rented out to well-behaved guests. Here, you live in seclusion with a beautiful beech forest nearby. Modern kitchen with kitchenware for 6 people. There are sleeping places for up to 6 people. Bed linen is available to borrow for a fee. Nice outdoor area in a secluded location (south-facing) on the terrace with the opportunity to enjoy most of the daylight hours and start up the barbecue in the evening. Pets must be kept on a lead outdoors.

Nice villa with the sea as the nearest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Charming house by the lake - with boat and bath

Charmigt litet sekelskifteshus med egen brygga och vacker natur in på knuten. Huset ligger på en liten skogsgård med ca 100 meter till huset där vi bor och 300 meter till egen bygga som tillhör detta lilla hus. Sjön som huset ligger vid är väldigt vacker, ren och fin att bada i och med gott om fisk för den som vill fiska. Idylliskt med hönsgård precis utanför huset och en vacker tupp som säger godmorgon. Omgivande natur vacker och tillgänglig Verandan med kvällsol, egen trädgård med grill.

Guesthouse by a nice beach

Njut av en härlig vistelse när du bor på detta unika ställe precis intill Norje Havsbad. Enbart 20 meter till sandstrand & bad, samt 50 meter till restaurangen Norje Havskrog. Gångavstånd till Norje och Norjeboke. Lättillgängligt en kort avstickare från E22:an. Gästhuset består av ett stort rum med en 160cm bred dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa med två platser. Fräsch toalett och dusch. Kyl, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, rinnande vatten och lite annat för enklare förtäring. Välkomna!

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

Ni kommer att ha nära till allt i detta centralt belägna hus på 75m2. Gångavstånd till Mörrumsån/2 matbutiker/tågstation/ Musikcafé Karlssons Trägaurd, Galleri Mobacken, vandringsleder/Cafe’ Ljusagård, Laxens hus. Det är 4,5 km till Elleholms badplats och 2,7 km till Mörrums golfbana. Man tar med eget sänglinne och handdukar. Gäster tar hand om disken och sopsorterar. Elbilsladdning tillåts ej. 2 dygn är minimum för att boka. Incheckning efter kl.15.00 Utcheckning kl. 11.00
