The family-friendly holiday accommodation "Hochzillertal Gartenwohnung" is located in Kaltenbach and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom of which is on the 1st floor) and 4 bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people. Another sofa bed for 2 additional children would be available in one of the bedrooms. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN, heating and a TV.

Bergwell Holiday Chalet Hochzillertal with Sauna

The Hochzillertal holiday home on the Kama Alm for up to 10 people lies at about 1000 meters altitude with a wonderful view! Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

On your holiday, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoilt nature. Use the time for yourself and make your holiday the best time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Brückenhof Studio

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Our newly renovated apartment consists of four beautiful, spacious rooms, each with their own bathroom. All rooms lead to the balcony, from which you can enjoy an impressive view. There is also a rustic and modern living room with a new kitchen in the accommodation. Two large tables and numerous seating areas provide plenty of space to linger and relax. There is plenty of parking available in front of the house.

Our high-quality apartment Rotklee offers space for 4–7 people on 81 m². It has an elegant, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an anteroom with a wardrobe and two stylish bedrooms with double beds – one with an extra bed – and a sofa bed in the living area. Particularly inviting is the spacious larch veranda with a west-facing view of the outdoor pool, ideal for relaxing in a cozy atmosphere.
