Holiday rentals with a patio in Kaltenbach

A clean, new and beautiful apartment. Ground floor with beautiful backyard. The view of the mountains was amazing. Nice neighborhood. Thank you Jasmin for your hospitality and friendly communication. Definitely will rent again.

Everything perfect! We couldn't have felt more comfortable. Everything is tip top clean, in the bathroom/kitchen everything is available! The bonus point is the history of the apartment (~500-year-old building).

Winny’s place was clean and a short walk from the old town. It Is a small apartment but has all amenities, the bed was very comfy for 2 people.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. There was even a bowl and a treat for our dog. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

We had a good night there and thank you for the good accommodation that was offered to us. We will gladly come back.

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the host!

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Roots house. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for activities in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
