i spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. Everything is well thought out, a very nice little terrace. I didn't have the chance to meet Jean-Pierre, Catou his partner is very nice and attentive, and then his jams are excellent. Thank you very much for this welcome.

Impeccable accommodation! Beautiful decor! Simply PERFECT! We came as a family with our 3 teenagers, they loved it, each had their own space, we had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a charming village where there is a good restaurant (with old wells). You feel safe, the locals are warm. Beautiful walks along the canal to reach the beaches. The car was not helpful to us during the stay... You're all set for a great vacation Thank you, for allowing us to enjoy good relaxing moments with our family.

A very pleasant short stay in April, in this quiet, comfortable accommodation, with access to shops and beaches a few minutes walk away. Terrace much appreciated for an aperitif. Good bedding. Thanks to Charles for his perfect smiling and friendly welcome. We recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment in a very good location on the outskirts of Montpellier. Easy access, there is no need to use the car once there, all are accessible by tram or on foot.

Accommodation meets our expectations for a pleasant family stay. There is everything you need, children can have fun freely in the secure estate, and the view of the vaunage plain is beautiful.

It is located in a very cute small residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the port. Meze is a very nice little village. We had a lovely stay and we will remember this place. Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant stay in this quiet, well-equipped and in a good location. 2mn walk from the beach and walk in the reserve. The two terraces are a real plus with their different exhibitions it's nice.

Great 3 day weekend at Fred & Josy's. Accommodation matches the photos: clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped. I was not able to take advantage of the terrace, but in summer it must be great! Fred and Josy are welcoming and available for any requests. The area is very quiet with access to the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes by car. Comfort: place to park in the property with a secure and automated gate. Recommended!
