Very beautiful studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round ) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above ground pool. Welcome to the village of Laverune. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to central Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or courtyard, not in the garden to avoid possible incidents with our dog). Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest
