The two bedrooms that I make available to you are located in a villa with garden in a quiet area. The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

Private room in our family villa close to Montpellier. The room is well-equipped and spacious, with a French window overlooking the garden, a peaceful view of the pool and trees. Breakfast is complimentary (tea, coffee, bread, jam...). A private bathroom will be reserved for you, directly accessible from the bedroom (a corridor to cross). The environment is remarkably quiet, free street parking, tram access on foot (about 25 min).

We offer the possibility of using our kitchen and of course access to the pool during the summer and the garden all year round. We also provide a crib and high chair. The same applies to our washing machine and dryer.

Garden room 7 minutes from Train Station/City

This room has direct access to a nice garden not overlooked. The apartment I share with my daughter every other week is very functional. It is a 10-minute walk from Place de la Comédie and a 7-minute walk from Saint Roch train station. Located in a very quiet wooded residence. Higher price from July 7 to 14 because the entire apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6).
