Great stay in a charming environment near the river - Terry & John were very discrete. We absolutely loved the Jeux de Boulde terrain in the yard and the cosy pizza baking area.

I've been here several times and it's always great.

We had a great time at Vanessa's place. The accommodations are very nice and perfectly equipped. The park is beautiful and the children particularly appreciated all the facilities available (trampoline, swing, petanque court...) Also Vanessa's welcome is very friendly. It feels right at home!

Very good stay, Jacques and Annie are super nice and very welcoming. The accommodation is very good, quiet and close to the beach, market and other activities by bike. Everything is available in the accommodation, coffee machine, toaster, plancha, tv... It feels really good and I'll come back if I have to come back to Royan. I would recommend this place without a problem and with pleasure.

Very nice apartment in the city center with a parking space for the car. We were able to do all the activities on foot ( sea, walk...). The host is available and meets our needs. The apartment is clean and exactly matches the photos and descriptions.

Very nice hosting by our hosts. The huge waterfront garden is pleasantly landscaped with several terraces (in addition to your private terrace). The apartment is very well located for various sightseeing, with many tempting restaurants nearby.

We stayed at Muriel's place while we visited friends in Angouleme. We enjoyed the very friendly and relaxing welcome, the clear instructions, the very quiet accommodation, well located on the ground floor of a beautiful bourgeois house, with a beautiful terrace to settle outside. There are bcp of dishes in the kitchen, which is convenient. Muriel was very responsive to our questions. We'll be back with pleasure next time in summer to enjoy the pool! The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, refurbished, is very nice: nice decor, beautiful kitchen, excellent bedding, quiet, close to the beach and good restaurants. Arnaud and Fanny are lovely and gave us all the necessary information.

Great stay at Pascale's. We were very well hosted by Karl who was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. He had previously advised us on visits to do and gave good restaurants and outings in Royan. He showed us around and gave us all the information we needed to know for our stay. The apartment is amazing and I confirm what other guests say about the apartment which is even better than in the photos. It is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and very clean. I also wanted to emphasize that the mattress is right for a good night's sleep. The highlight is the location of the apartment which is by the beach and central to all the activities we were able to do on foot. In short, I strongly advise other guests to come and stay in this beautiful apartment located in this little corner of heaven. Thanks again!!!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

Everything was very well organized, tidy, functional. Responsive and proactive host too. Elisabeth was accommodating and gave us the check-in and check-out instructions very well

Very good location. Proximity to beach and coastal paths. Clean space. One downside: the stairs to go upstairs, inconvenient . Avoid with small children even if we didn't have one with us. Too many unnecessary guidelines.
