We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is very nice and very well-equipped. The outside is a real plus and the subdivision is quiet. There are many walks nearby and especially the body of water which is very pleasant ☺️ We recommend 100%

Iris' house is welcoming and peaceful ideal for recharging/resting as a family (concerning us) and even with friends. We had mild weather, so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space which is really nice with its covered living room with BBQ as well as the pool. We were there to visit the castles and enjoy the different tastings offered in the region and we could count on Iris's many tips.

Excellent weekend, calm and relaxation guaranteed in an ideal environment in the middle of nature. The hot tub is a real plus despite the capricious weather we were able to enjoy it throughout the weekend. Very friendly welcome from Nathalie.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

We had a great time in Avignon! Very good communication from start to finish. The house is great and super nice! Between the jaccuzi, the plancha and the beautiful setting. I totally recommend this place if you want to decompress your daily life!

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

I would recommend this place and pleasant hospitality. Valerie was responsive to my requests. We had a very nice week with my wife and child.

IT IS A SPECTACULAR PLACE IN EVERY DETAIL EVERYTHING, ONLY STAY ONE NIGHT BUT IF WE RETURN TO THAT AREA TO VISIT WITH MORE CAREFUL CARE THAN INTENTAREMSO TO BOOK IT AGAIN. HOSTS LIVE IN THE SAME BUILDING BUT DO NOT INTERFERE AT ALL. THEY ALSO HAD DETAILS LIKE A WELCOME COOKIE. PERFECT FACILITIES AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. GREAT FOR FAMILIES.

Annie is a very welcoming host. The accommodation offered met our expectations. The large garden was a plus for our family. We only stayed one night but we'll be back with pleasure!

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you Philippe for your kindness and for making our stay easier. I would happily recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay with John & Terry! We can't say enough about how kind they are, how lovely their place & property is- truly one of the best experiences we've had. They had amazing suggestions for us during our stay, and everything we could think of in the space. Our two kids were so sad to leave when it was time to checkout, they made us promise that we'll be back! Thank you so much, John & Terry- we look forward to our next visit! :)

Great find than Marta's house. The house is superb, tastefully decorated, matches the photos. Very well equipped. Super quiet area. The pool is really a big plus, whether it's in very hot weather or cooler. Located a few minutes from the beautiful Lacanau lake and 10 min from the ocean. Marta was very attentive and considerate, with very clear instructions to follow. In short, everything you needed:)

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect. Don't hesitate to collect small logs in the landscaped park to enhance your evenings during a barbecue (this one provided) and at the same time, don't buy charcoal because Patrick will be very happy as you will contribute to cleaning the priority 😊 A big thank you to Christine and Patrick Nath & Mika Signed: the budding artist 😉
