We had a great stay in this lovely apartment in Bordeaux. Pierre was an excellent host, very friendly and informative. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Great area, very walkable to attractions and some great restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family.

Veronique was an amazing host. Took the time to meet us outside and direct us into our private parking spot located in safe garage. The apartment is exactly as described. Very large clean and well equipped. Veronique took the time to walk us through and describe everything for our stay. I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this very beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 metres from the beach of Grande Conche, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbours. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, no question.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

We spent a very pleasant week here. The flat is well located for touring the area and has good amenities in walking distance. The size is good and everything we needed was there. The secure parking was very useful. Sylvain was a great host, very responsive.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also of excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the welcome from the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting.
