Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.

This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.
