Here you live cozily with a fireplace, functional and spacious kitchen, most beds (6) distributed in two bedrooms on the upper floor. Slalom is only a few minutes away and cross-country trails are available both in the village and on top of Klövsjöfjäll. The hot tub is lovely and firewood is included in the rent. Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if necessary and a winter-equipped car is a prerequisite for getting around smoothly.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. By car you can reach Undersåker or Edsåsdalen in 5 minutes. Trillevallen in 10 minutes. To Åre it takes 20 minutes and Vålådalen is reached in 30 minutes.
