You are surrounded by incredible and untouched nature, solitude. The living room has a kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a large table. Here you can prepare the food you need. There is a power outlet and a refrigerator. And it is possible to cook on the stove. You have access to a wooden rowboat and can fish with nets and a fishing rod. There is a wood-fired baking oven.

Unique tiny house with panoramic views - "Fjordbris"

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Selhammar Tun - Annex Nedstrand

Welcome to our retreat, a place to watch the world go past or a base to enjoy the neighbourhood. Located above a small charismatic beach among the woods and hills of Hinderåvåg. Selhammar is a location that is relatively isolated and accessible down a farm track that wanders about 1 km from the public road system. Explore a choice of forest, beaches and mountains just outside your doorstep. The homestead is slowly being restored from abandonment and basic organic principles are practised.

Two bedroom apartment first floor

The apartment is perfect for families and travelers. The nature around is widely suited for mountanhiking, fishing and relaxing. About 1.5 hours from Preikestolen and Kjerag. 2 hours to Røldal ski-resort. Since the farm is located in a small village, you have to drive about 22 minutes to reach the nearest store OR you can take the ferry for about 10 minutes from Nesvik over to Hjelmeland. Micro cabin on the quay

The micro cabin was completed in August 2023. It is 17.6 square meters. In the living room there are 5 seats and a chest of drawers with storage. The sofa can be turned into a double bed. The sleeping area is in the loft. There you lie under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and sea views if the weather is good. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and shower.

Cozy cabin in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Relax in quiet surroundings. This cabin has no running water og electricity. What the cabin does have, is great hiking opportunities and a lake you can swim and fish in close by. Let go of everyday stress and just relax. You will have to bring your own bed linen, towels and water. You can rent bed linens for 150 NOK. During spring, summer and fall there is a small creek near the cabin where you can get water. We will provide firewood for the fireplace.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

Small cabin with private bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with double bed. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available in the cabin. Short distance to Lysefjorden with ferry connection. The cabin is located in a great hiking area. Good starting point for trips to Flørli, Preikestolen and Kjerag. Charging for electric car can be offered for a fee. Per charge NOK 200.

If you are looking for luxury, this cottage is probably not for you. However, if you like simple standards and being close to nature, this may be something for you. Nice little summer cottage of 23 square meters with simple standard. Best suited for 1 or 2 people. Attention: Combustion toilet. Not full length double bed. No running water. No shower.
