Idyllic house in the countryside. The house was built by my great-great-grandparents about 130 years ago. The old timber walls have been brought out, and much of the old style has been preserved. Now refreshed with colors that reflect the nature of Lista. Sea, beach, sunset and forest. Bright and spacious bedroom with 4 beds, as well as an extra bed in the dining room. Living room and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. The house consists of two floors, but there is currently only the 1st floor of approx. 90 sqm that is prepared for rent.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

The house has a common room downstairs with a kitchen, wooden oven and big table.Here you can prepare the food you need. There is a plug for power and refrigerator. And is possible to make food on a gas cooker. You have access to rowboat in wood and can fish with yarn is a fishing rod. There is bakery oven fyred with wood.
