Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

Want to visit Jærstrendene? Or are you going to fish salmon in Håelva? At the cabin in Nærland you can find tranquility, watch the bird life, stroll down to the beach or have a BBQ in the garden. There are seating areas on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is a spacious living room and dining room, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper part 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room no. 2 (140 cm). Plenty of parking space. Running water, power and internet. 4 bicycles can be borrowed.

Cabin in natural surroundings by the waterfront

Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supply via solar panel. Mobile phone charging via USB socket. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking facilities. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no water supply, so we fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. Beautifully located cabin 20 meters from the river. New extension with running water and heating with new bathroom and shower, entrance with heated floor and new bedroom. The living room and kitchen are renovated. Inside the cabin there are 4 beds, a double bed 150 cm in one bedroom and two single beds 75 cm wide in another. Then there is an annex with an additional 4 sleeping places. In the annex there is electricity but no running water. Bring your own linens. Can be rented for NOK 100/10 Euro per person. Two parking spaces 10 m from the cabin

In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
