Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Peaceful and quiet in the nature. Many games.

Peacefully situated house, close to the inlet and is nice for a walk. There are different games in the house - table tennis, table football, bob, board games and TV with Chromecast+Apple AirPlay. My house is approx. 50 km from Copenhagen. A good choice if you want peace/nature and maybe want to visit Tivoli, Roskilde etc. EL-consumption is incl. (fair use=electricity max 20 kWh per night) - it is not allowed/possible to charge an electric car at the house. Water is incl. 300 liter per night.

Hyggebo 250 m from the most beautiful beach

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Cottage 300 meters from the beach at Isefjord

Kom og få fred i sjælen i det fineste lille sommerhus på skøn naturgrund med halv-vild have. I er omgivet af høje, smukke træer - men her er også masser af sol. Her er en fortryllende fred - man hører kun fuglekoret (og en nabo ind imellem). Der er 300 meter til en fin lille badestrand ved Isefjorden, hvor vandet er lavt langt ud. En lille skov er også inden for gåafstand. Fredsommelige hunde er velkomne. Grunden er indhegnet med 60 cm hegn ud mod buskads og 80 cm hvor der er mere åbent.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Hyggeligt helårsisoleret træsommerhus fra 1997 med stort lyst køkken-alrum og to udgange til det fri. Udenfor overdækket træterrasse og fliseterrasse i det fri. Bagerst på grunden legehus til børnene. Der er trådløst internet (fibernet). Bemærk at gæster selv skal medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder og selv gøre huset rent ved afrejse, samt at elforbrug betales separat.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Sunny holiday home - go to the beach and Rørvig Harbour

Nyrenoveret og rummeligt sommerhus på 131 m² i skønne Rørvig. Nyd solen hele dagen i den store, ugenerte have og den lukkede solgård, hvor der næsten altid er læ. Kun 10 min. til fods til den børnevenlige strand og tæt på Højsandet, plantagen og Rørvig Havn. Indenfor venter en stor, lys stue, brændeovn og masser af plads til familie og venner. Med centralvarme og varmepumpe er huset også skønt til sensommer, efterår og vinter.
