Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 metres to the forest and 800 metres to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and access to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The house is furnished with a large kitchen-living room, living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside is a large lovely terrace with sun all day as well as a large tree with space for the hammock.

Bellevue - closer to the sky

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

The cottage has a family room with space for both children and adults. In the summer, you can enjoy the large garden with all kinds of garden games and a trampoline. The terrace invites you to enjoy, relax, and barbecue. In the cold months, you can relax on the sofa, play a board game and enjoy the wood stove.

As something completely unique, wild mouflons roam the area, so be careful when you drive a car on the roads. They are a flock of about 200. Take the fishing rod and waders with you and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to the city and shop, it is 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
