Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Bellevue - closer to the sky

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

In this cozy summerhouse you can relax in quiet surroundings. The fjord and the forest are within walking distance from the summerhouse and Hansen's ice cream shop is only a small drive away. The cottage has a family room with room for both children and adults. In the summer you can enjoy the large enclosed garden with all kinds of garden games and trampoline. The terrace invites for coziness, relaxation, barbecue. During the cold months, you can float on the sofa, play a board game, and cozy up by the wood-burning stove.

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme, sjæl og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus & have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, vildmarksbad, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & kørsel til skov. Obs: vildmarksbad begrænset brug pga utæthed i efteråret 2025

Summer house 300 meters from the beach at Isefjord

Kom og få fred i sjælen i det fineste lille sommerhus på skøn naturgrund. I er omgivet af høje, smukke træer - men her er også masser af sol. Her er en fortryllende fred - man hører kun fuglekoret (og en nabo ind imellem). Der er 300 meter til en fin lille badestrand ved Isefjorden. Vandet er lavt langt ud og meget børnevenligt. En lille skov er også inden for gåafstand. Små, fredsommelige hunde er velkomne. Grunden er indhegnet med 60 cm hegn ud mod buskads og 80 cm hvor der er mere åbent.

Shopping facilities less than 3 km away. Great restaurants, shops & cinema 15 min. drive in Frederiksund. Visit ecological Svanholm farm nearby with pet animals & fresh cows milk. Here you can pick flower bouquets and hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse and spa. Friendly neighbors all round.

Cozy Cottage Retreat Near the Water

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our wooden cottage of 48km2 contains one bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 km2, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170 years of history, with a new kitchen and bathroom.
