The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony.
