The apartment is located in Itzehoe centrally to the center and only a 17-minute walk from Itzehoe train station and a few minutes from shopping centers and a swimming lake. The apartment has 3 rooms as well as a kitchen and a full bathroom on 80 square meters. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa with a sleeping function in the living room, which expands this apartment into an accommodation with up to 4 sleeping places. This apartment is rounded off by a separate entrance and a 20 sqm roof terrace.

The corner house

The entrance is in the backyard. The first room is in the hallway, on the left a bed, on the right is the wardrobe. From there, you go into the kitchen, to the right of which is the living room and to the right of the living room is the children's room. To the left of the kitchen is the double bed bedroom and to the right of it is the bathroom. The children's room has an extra door to a lawn facing the street. In the courtyard there is a shed, large stone grill and possibility to hang laundry. Parking is on the street.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The vacation home is a former carport built in the half-timbered style and is located on a 3000 m² property together with the landlord's house in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the main road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bedding and towels are provided. The location is ideally suited for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
