The cities of Hamburg and Kiel are about 1 hour away and can be reached quickly via the A7. The train station in Wrist is about 5 km from our property, good bus connection or taxi. The apartment is located in Itzehoe central to the center and only 17 minutes walking distance from Itzehoe station as well as a few minutes from shopping malls and swimming lake. The apartment has 3 rooms as well as a kitchen and a full bath on 80 sqm. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa with sleeping function in the living room, which extends this apartment to an accommodation with up to 4 sleeping places. This apartment is rounded off by a separate entrance and a 20 sqm roof terrace.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is located in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bikes can be parked in front of the door. The UKSH can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in about 5 minutes. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house.
