We loved our staying at Lianna’s place. Great location, the house was very clean and with everything we needed! Comfortable bed and for our 8 years old daughter the rocking chair was definitely a plus. Lianna and David were very responsive hosts. We strongly recommend this place .

My stay at Nick's place was absolutely amazing! The property exceeded my expectations in every single way. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was perfect – right in the Southampton city center, with everything at my fingertips, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Nick was superbly welcoming and incredibly responsive throughout. My communication with Nick revealed that he is incredibly detail-oriented and meticulously delivers the best guest stay experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much thought and care he puts into every aspect of the stay. Nick’s commitment to providing an exceptional experience truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

Great place

Very convenient and ideally situated. There are two buildings with the same name on that street though.

This flat was a great find ! Free parking spot right outside. The flat is right in the town centre but out of the way. It had a lovely privaye court yard with seating area with pretty lights ! It was quiet considering how close to the centre. Charlotte was very accommodating and responsive. I like to cook, and the kitchen was perfectly clean & had all the equipment and more 👩‍🍳 The bed was super comfy ! The TV was huge 😆 Great stay, will be back 🙌😊

This was a lovely stay, stayed with various members of my family coming at different points and everyone really enjoyed the place. Would happily stay again!

The house and it's location is lovely, and to wake up to the view of the sea from the master bedroom each morning was wonderful. It was extremely windy and the sea was rough when we stayed, but we still managed to get in the sea every morning. We took our own wetsuits, but there are plenty of wetsuits there for guests to use and a great drying room for drying wetsuits etc. The house has everything you could possibly need. One thing I would point out, we were a family with ages ranging from 71 to 2 yrs old, there are a lot of stairs which weren't a problem for us, but should be taken into account.

We booked this house for a family vacation. we were four families, totalling 13 people and a baby the house is incrediblely well designed. everything is top quality. I wish I could have stayed for 4 nights instead 2 to really appreciate the house and location. would definitely recommend. rooms are spacious, the kitchen is incredible. so is the garden. can't find any faults to be honest.

Great central location for Gunwharf Quay and Old Portsmouth near to harbour Solent, and Millenium Walk around the seafront and historic fortifications. Cafes, Pubs, and Restaurants are all a few minutes away, with Spinnaker Cafe highly recommended and virtually outside the front door. Four-storey townhouse on 4 levels and stairs took a few hours to get used to, but the layout made sense, with the main living room at the top with views across the harbour and Solent. A bonus is the rooftop terrace with views all around, including the Isle of Wight in the distance, but I suggest the extra glass of wine is probably best avoided if you want to get down the spiral staircase safely :-) All in all, it was a great stay, particularly as the weather was perfect for the duration of my stay.

Fabulous , clean accommodation. Definitely worth booking. Justin was a great host. The recommendations on local attractions were a real plus. Would definitely return!

Perfect for what we wanted x

Just got back from a lovely long weekend in the Witterings. The house was easy to find. It was in a good position on bus route with frequent bus timetable to get where you need. Recommendations from Jo the host were excellent. Garden was peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend and consider returning.

Great, peaceful place to stay in Portsmouth. Close to bars and restaurants, and longer walking distance to other sites in town, including the best maritime museum we have been to anywhere in the world (and we have been to many all over the world). By far the most stocked kitchen we have experienced -- and we stay in many Airbnbs worldwide. The "provided breakfast" included anything you would want to eat and more, and we were there for a week and there was enough for the entire week! There was other food also which we supplemented from a grocery store because we cook most of our own meals (the reason we stay in Airbnbs). The outdoor area is amazing and we used it when weather permitted. The outdoor bathroom is only useable in nicer weather than we had, at least for us. The only drawback was that the loft is much smaller than it seems in the pictures; the ceiling is very low and you can't stand up (and we are very small people). It might be okay for some but not usable for us.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location itself is enough of a selling point, with the quality of the accommodation itself as an added bonus. Very spacious, comfortable beds, very welcoming. And a great collection of games and books. Highly recommended :)

Another cracking stay in this apartment, which is easy to find, ideally situated with amenities close by and access to a lovely wooded area. There is plenty of space to park, and the area feels safe. I warmly recommend you check this apartment out and if at all possible, stay here.

We were very happy with the venue! It met all of our expectations and suited our needs for a 1 night stay perfectly. The location is ideal with paid parking (very reasonably priced) just across the road and an array of bars and restaurants literally a minute’s walk away. The interior of this bespoke property is fantastic and was perfect for our needs. Thank you Sharon!
