Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Chale Bay Farm - St Catherine's View

St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with rollaway-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other main apartments.

Outdoor fire heated hot tub, out of the ground swimming pool and even an outdoor heated bath looking out into the private woods!

FOR 8 guests you can rent the adjacent barn, Spinnaker Barn with the same benefits (these are the only 2 private barns) (from 1st Nov to 31st March, inc. there is no hot tub. Little Mount, Sea view,log fire,3 beds,nr Yarmouth

Little Mount is part of a magnificent old Victorian house, set high on a cliff-top above a sandy bay perfect for swimming. The gardens boast a family of red squirrels, views across the sea to a lighthouse and the use of a gym in our own 'beach' hut. Close to Yarmouth ferry, Little Mount is the ideal place for a happy holiday all year-round, with family-friendly beaches & a balmy climate in the summer, cosy log fires in the winter & some of the finest walks in England.

Maycliffe - Shanklin

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Maycliffe is located in a quiet cliff top cul-de-sac location in Shanklin. It is only a two minute walk to the cliff path that runs along the south east coast line. The beach is just a 10 to 15 minute walk and Shanklin town also just a 15 minute walk. The property includes a 22 sqm gymnasium with Running machine, Cycle, Cross trainer, Multi gym and other gym equipment. The gym also has air-conditioning.

Spacious lower ground floor apt (1300 sq ft !), with new kitchen and wet-room. Accessed via its own front door and with rear access to a large private garden and patios.
