Beachfront holiday rental in Ischia

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s place! The sea-facing balcony is brilliant for watching the sunset. The entire place feels very spacious and it is nicely decorated.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Amazing location! Groceries nearby and taxis are close. AC worked great. It looked even better than the photos. We stayed here with 3 small children and it was perfect. Very walkable and so much around the area. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for five days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated with charming Ischia touches, and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing meals a breeze. The private washer just outside the kitchen in a lovely little back area was incredibly convenient. The living room and master bedroom each had large TVs, with the one in the bedroom cleverly tucked behind closet doors for a clean look. And the view from the house is truly out of this world. Quiet, serene, and utterly relaxing. The beach is just a short walk down. It is hilly, but we quickly got used to it, and it was well worth it — the water was incredibly clean. Be sure to visit Emanuela’s restaurant, located right on the beach. We highly recommend the linguini with seafood and the tiramisu. Our host, Marina was very helpful helping us arrange transport. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! la localizacion es perfecta, enfrente a la playa pubica. Giuseppe excente, nos facilito sombrilla y reposeras, siempre dispuesto a lo que necesitaramos, asimismo Eduald. nos llenaron la pileta termal para nosotros. es un lugar muy recomendable

de Airbnb bij Paco was het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie. de zwembaden en tuin om de kamer heen is prachtig en geeft een tropisch gevoel.wij voelden ons super welkom en zouden hier erg graag volgende zomer terug komen!!

è stata la nostra prima esperienza su Airbnb andata benissimo la casa di Roberto è in una posizione stupenda con panorama incantevole lui si è dimostrato preciso puntuale e sempre presente a soddisfare le nostre richieste

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Spectacular views, very clean and lush pool and peaceful location. Helpful and friendly host. Not easily accessible even with a small fiat Panda car. Advise to get bus instead. Had to park and pay in local car park but the host kindly drove us to and fro from the car on arrival and departure. He also helped to bring heavy bags back from the local supermarket and to find a cash point. You need small cash for local buses and taxi boat. Great holiday overall and convenient for sightseeing and Ischia Port.

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

We loved our stay at Raffaele's place. The location was amazing, with a beautiful view of the castle and water. The apartment was spotless and spacious, with beautiful furniture. Worth the price plus more. We would definitely recommend!

beautiful setting. very responsive host always available and happy to arrange things like taxis, boat rentals, car hire etc. big ring binder full of local spots on arrival and they've even negotiated some deals with local restaurants. the location is beautiful with fantastic views and lots of local amenities which are very walkable. bus stop about 5 mins from the location. flat itself is spacious and nicely laid out with loads of thoughtfull little touches. big fan, will aim to stay here again when we come back to Ischia

Valeria's place lived up to our expectations, from the glorious sea view to the location. Coming out every morning onto the terrace overlooking the beach was spectacular. The location had a local feel to it, didn't feel touristy which was nice. A lovely 15 minute work to the Ischia Ponte Castle. Local to the apartment is the high street with shops to buy souvenirs and clothing shops. It's a 10/15 min walk from the ferry port, super simple and easy to reach. You have all the restaurants alongside the pier to choose from. The supermarket is around 10min walk, and the bus stop is also 10mins away. We didn't catch the bus much as we had a driver which is easy to arrange with Valeria. The flat itself has everything it describes, Valeria had kindly left some shower gel and shampoo for us in the bathroom which was helpful. Plenty of towels and beach towels were supplied and A/C in the rooms. Strongly recommend if you want an easy beach like stay with everything close by.

Tout était parfait chez Eleonora. Un excellent accueil par Rosa Maria qui nous attendait au port, nous a fourni toutes les instructions et nous a offert une bouteille de vin local et de délicieuses nèfles. Le logement est très bien entretenu et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable. Et une magnifique vue panoramique avec de splendides couchers de soleil. Nous reviendrons chez Eleonora si nous avons la chance de revoir Forio. Grazie mille à Rosa Maria e Eleonora.

Super Airbnb ! Nous y avons passé une semaine fin avril avec notre fille de 5 ans, et c’était parfait. L’appartement est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un vrai appartement de famille. Le quartier où il est situé était également idéal pour nous. De plus, les hôtes sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole nell'appartamento di Daniele! L’alloggio si trova nel comune di Forio, era pulito, accogliente e ben posizionato. Daniele è un host gentilissimo, ci è venuto a prendere direttamente al porto e durante tutta la vacanza è stato sempre disponibile, rispondendo immediatamente ai messaggi e offrendoci supporto per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione è ottima: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la spiaggia che il supermercato, e anche le fermate degli autobus sono facilmente accessibili a piedi. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante, ben organizzata e con un’ottima accoglienza. Grazie ancora Daniele!

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host
