The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è l'ideale per chi cerca la pace e la tranquillità. L'appartamento dispone di angolo cottura, bagno, letto matrimoniale, wii fi, TV e terrazzo. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Our home is a beautiful house with courtyard for 2-4 people, there is everything you need to enjoy a not forgettable stay. I will be at your complete disposal at even though I won't be there because I live in London. Yet mum will be there to show you around. She's a sweet and warm person who will reserve you a wonderful welcome. Following the booking you will receive a list of recommended restaurants and visits. And when possible mum prepares some cakes from her kitchen!

The Constantine Tower

The panoramic terrace of the Tower leads to the interior. The front door opens onto the living room, with a sofa, large table, antique mahogany wardrobe and kitchenette. A long staircase leads to the large bedroom, which has two windows, one overlooking the village and has a magnificent view of the sea and sunsets, and the other offering a view of Mount Epomeo. In the room there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower and a nice sink is visible in front of the bed.

maria's house...a stone's throw from the sea

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, from Chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket passing through many other shops. The house is also very well connected to all other areas of the island. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

Apartment in a villa in Citara Bay, Casa Rosada

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Mr.Ripley Room Ischia

Charming one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, located in the historic center of Ischia Ponte, on Via Seminario, with special attention to guest comfort. Just a few steps from the sea, both free and equipped beaches, and the Aragonese Castle. Very close to all the essential services for a pleasant stay. The area is one of the charming locations featured in the film The Talented Mr. Ripley.
