THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING, TV, WASHING MACHINE AND ALL THE COMFORT YOU MAY WISH. THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED ABOUT 300 METERS FROM THE MAIN STREET OF ISCHIA WHERE THERE ARE ALL TYPES OF STORES, CLUBS, BARS, RESTAURANTS, PIZZA RESTAURANTS, CLUBS, TENNIS DIVING TENNIS, SPA ETC. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
