"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

A pochi passi troverete la fermata dell'Autobus e tutti i servizi (Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati, Farmacia, Bancomat, Shopping), data la vicinanza al centro del paese.

My accommodation is close to the nightlife, public transport and the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

Apartment consisting of living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. A/C IN BEDROOMS ONLY. It is located in the old town of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for the clothesline). NB. You can use the terrace until midnight. No visitors

My accommodation is close to the apartment is located in a central location on the island, close to the city center and a stone's throw from restaurants and bars. You can go to the beach in a few minutes.. You'll love my place because of these reasons: the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Historic Center of Forio (Ischia)

The apartment is located in the main street of Forio, a few meters from everything you need: bus stops, rent&car, supermarket, bar, newsstand, pharmacy, cinema and various shops. The Church of Soccorso is 200 meters away, where you can admire the island's most beautiful sunsets. The nearest beach is the "Chiaia" 10 minutes' walk.
