Just go down the stairs of the house to have everything available; beaches, bus stop, taxi, parking, supermarket, bar, restaurants, shopping, and less than 1 km the beautiful bay of S. Montano and the Pithecusae Museum.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for the clothesline). NB. You can use the terrace until midnight. No visitors

My accommodation is close to the apartment is located in a central location on the island, close to the city center and a stone's throw from restaurants and bars. You can go to the beach in a few minutes.. You'll love my place because of these reasons: the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
