Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Charming apartment in Naples city, in the Petraio area (ancient stairs), located in a quiet place on the top floor, without elevator, with magnificent terrace overlooking the sea on the Gulf of Naples (from the Vesuvius volcano, to the island of Capri, to the hill of Posillipo). Spacious and bright living area with sofas and majolica kitchen, indoor dining tables and outdoor table on the terrace with gulf views. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view. It is, as the crow flies, on a beautiful rock with access to the sea that can be reached in a moment (it is only about ten steps from the door of the house). NB. No visitors allowed
