Holiday rentals with beach access in Ischia

This is truly once in a lifetime experience you are literally living right on the beach. It is a very simple place and a little bit difficult to get your belongings there but trust us it is worth it.

Thanks to this very convenient accommodation, we were able to discover the beautiful island of Ischia, with recommendations from our host as well! Very convenient location on the island to easily serve points of interest with a bus stop one street away, so no car. Very nice balcony and very charming apartment. Be careful not to turn off the plug that corresponds to the fridge 😅 (there are plug switches at the kitchen worktop). If you are sensitive to this, it is good to know that the proximity to the main road implies traffic noise. It didn't particularly bother us. We enjoyed the residence, which is quiet, safe and clean. In the kitchen, we would have appreciated the additional presence of a vegetable peeler. We'd love to come back! Thank you Alessandro

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for five days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated with charming Ischia touches, and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing meals a breeze. The private washer just outside the kitchen in a lovely little back area was incredibly convenient. The living room and master bedroom each had large TVs, with the one in the bedroom cleverly tucked behind closet doors for a clean look. And the view from the house is truly out of this world. Quiet, serene, and utterly relaxing. The beach is just a short walk down. It is hilly, but we quickly got used to it, and it was well worth it — the water was incredibly clean. Be sure to visit Emanuela’s restaurant, located right on the beach. We highly recommend the linguini with seafood and the tiramisu. Our host, Marina was very helpful helping us arrange transport. Highly recommended!

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located to be able to access it on foot from the port. We also did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us excellent recommendations. Thanks again! If you’re thinking of booking this home, do it!!!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The host met us once we arrived and was very helpful and kind. The home was extremely clean and we both felt very comfortable. The place looks even better in person in my opinion. Highly recommend!!!!

I’m so grateful to have stayed in M+G’s comfortable and spacious apt. Truly, you can’t pick a better place! They met me at the port, and we walked roughly 10-15 mins. to their home while they gave me recs of restaurants and shops. The unit and their family home above rest behind a gate controlled by a transponder, and they gave me a transponder of my own and a key to the apt. Every morning, I enjoyed a slow and quiet start with an espresso I made in the full kitchen. Though the apt. is located in the center of town, the unit itself is quiet and peaceful. That said, if you want to be in the center of town, it’s maybe a 3-min walk. I appreciated using the washing machine, beach umbrella, and beach towels. Above all, I appreciated their kindness the most, especially our conversations, and I felt like a family member even before the end of my stay. So, book their place; be kind, courteous, and respectful; and allow them to help you get to know beautiful Ischia and its people.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Beautiful location by Spaggia dei Pescatori in Ischia. Viviana was responsive and helpful and her place was clean, large and nice. The bathroom is quite short and the shower may be tricky for someone over 6’.

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host

Very spacious and a great location

Had a great stay at Raffaele and Teresa’s lovely bungalow. It was a good size and had everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, which we loved. The bungalow was in a great location, close to the Port with restaurants, shops etc. and so easy to access everything you need. As well as being within the lovely Borgo and so close to the beach on the other side. Teresa and Raffaele were fabulous hosts and so friendly and welcoming to us and made us feel right at home. They gave us lots of recommendations about the area, places to eat and things to do. They very proactive and always available, and we enjoyed our chats with Teresa very much. Would gladly recommend, and would return again.

I was able to combine doing work with my stay as the internet service was very good. I loved the quiet garden and views over the sea whilst eating breakfast. Bus services and taxis readily available although taxi is unnecessary for due to the bus service. You can choose a day out or staying locally for your pleasure.

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.

We absolutely loved this apartment - the location is amazing, it’s right in central Forio with the most wonderful balcony to view the sunset, walking distance to a great beach and amazing restaurants and shops. Already planning our next trip.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Great place. Very clean. Great host. I’d go back. I love the area and town. So easy to get there and easy to get to the ferry. Also host was very nice.

The stay in Salvatore's apartment exceeded my expectations! Before I arrived, in the accommodation I had booked there was a problem in the bathroom, so they moved me to another much larger and comfortable apartment, always in the heart of downtown. All I can do is thank you for Salvatore and his brother Michele for the unexpected nice surprise, for the kindness and availability 😊

Andrea is a very polite and friendly host. He offered us a ride to the nearby port, which was also helpful and much appreciated. The place itself is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I especially loved spending time in the garden. The location is excellent, with restaurants, grocery stores, and bars within walking distance.

Super nice apartment with great views, little garden and spacious living areas. We will be back again!
