In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The highlight: a private terrace with barbecue facilities. Bus lines to the ski resort are very close. Water, heating, garbage disposal included.

In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy and a Spar. The city center and swimming pool are within walking distance. The surrounding skiing and hiking areas are also connected by bus. For those with a car, there is also a parking space at the house.
