Rent the larger half of the villa fully equipped, about 300 square meters with terrace, garden, garage, wine cellar, etc. The smaller apartment about 70 square meters in the villa is already rented. The location is fantastic, quiet, about 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of drive to the villa can be freed of possible snow in the winter (eviction service). The villa is ideal for a break also for 2 families.

The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.
