Holiday rentals with a kayak in Intracoastal Waterway

Excellent location, beautiful, well appointed home with outdoor deck access from virtually every room, gorgeous views. Very clean and spacious - perfect for multifamily or multigenerational get togethers. Lovely that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Elevator is a huge added bonus for initial unload and packing up. Very well stocked kitchen with cooking equipment, utensils and ample storage. Easy to get to Wilmington which is a great town to explore. Emily is a terrific host who is very accessible and kind. Cannot recommend Emily or her beautiful home more highly! Thank you Emily!!!

Our family loved our stay at Queen B’s! Everyone enjoyed the multiple hangout spots (I definitely found my favorite spots)! The entire house was clean and cozy and provided entertainment for some family fun! The kitchen was fully equipped to whip up some meals, which was extremely helpful keeping our vacation budget friendly. I do wish that the master with the en suite did not have an open room to where the kids sleep. BUT, for our situation it worked ok! We did have an issue with the fridge that was quickly rectified! Alesia was very quick to respond and get it resolved! The pier access was my favorite coffee spot in the mornings! WHAT A VIEW!!! It was definitely a great place to relax! The house is not far from the beach, which was nice! I would recommend renting a golf cart if you are hanging around the island, or going back and forth to the beach to add to your island vacation!

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. Kermit and Amy instructions were very clear, and they answered my questions right away, …A very attentive host team.

Staying at Anthony’s was like stepping back to a more gracious time ( with all the modern conveniences) . Sitting on the front porch for morning coffee & afternoon tea , looking through the trees draped in Spanish moss , was a rare gentle & civilized ‘ southern treat ‘ for all of us. Many thanks!

We enjoyed our stay over spring break. The arcade and game room were enjoyed by all. There were plenty of places to sleep our family of eleven. We loved the location and the ability to bike to several places including the beach.

What a great place to stay. Was near shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Monica was very friendly and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again. I also got the chance to meet her friendly beautiful dog. That was such a treat Thank you

Kevin was an amazing host! The house was spacious and beautiful. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Close to Kure beach and the southern part of Carolina beach. Right down the street from the tiki bar!

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

This is a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly. Short walk to the beach and canal. Golf cart is definitely worth having as everything you would want to do is just a short ride and offers free parking. Home is equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and private. Great if you have kids. Homeowner is great as he always responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Once you are there, the detailed instructions provided will guarantee a great stay. Definitely recommend and hope to return again.

We loved our stay here! Such a cute and comfy cottage, perfect for a beach trip; it comes stocked with pretty much everything you could ask for. Loved that it was walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as beach access points, while also being tucked away down the street for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. We loved our stay at the cottage. The cottage is so cute. I loved the breakfast nook and have already told Sharlene that I need her to come decorate my house! The house was exceptionally clean and accommodating. It was a nice home away from home. Sharlene was quick to respond and friendly. I would 100% recommend the cottage.

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Waccamaw! The home was spotless when we arrived, and the location right on the lake was absolutely beautiful. We loved having access to the kayaks and took full advantage of them during our stay. The grill and all the included accessories made it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. Communication with Mr. Sam was excellent he reached out the day before to provide all the information we needed and let me know I could call him anytime if anything came up. His hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. We would definitely book again for a future trip to Lake Waccamaw. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, lakefront getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy vintage beach cottage! Tucked away on a quiet, peaceful street, it was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The welcoming front porch was a favorite spot to sip morning coffee and enjoy the breeze. Inside, the cottage has a charming coastal vibe with vintage touches that add character and warmth. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making it both stylish and comfortable. The space was clean, well-kept, and incredibly well-supplied with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. If you're looking for a place with personality, tranquility, and easy access to Oak Island’s beautiful beaches, this cottage is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at this house. It’s very comfortable, beds have great mattresses, kitchen has everything you need. The walk to town is safe and easy. Savoir Latin restaurant is 5 minute walk, fabulous food. Highly recommend this location. Tucked away from traffic, driveway parking and relaxing front porch.

Second stay at Scott and Brittany’s place they are great hosts the cottage has everything you need and more Love the location close to beach and other amenities, view from the back deck Is absolutely stunning. We will be back next year.
