Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
