The granny apartment offers relaxation and recreation in a quiet location. Hiking and cycling tours are available. The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

Lovely furnished and with a high standard, the apartment with a spacious private terrace is located in a very quiet village. Wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature or just spend a night with family before a flight at the Munich airport.

The 41 m² apartment with private entrance and access to the garden, is attached to the main house as an annex and is located in a quiet residential area with the city and shopping close by (nearest supermarket 200 meters). Close to excursions to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. .

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
