For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, a table football set and an outdoor play area available. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

This light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can also be used in the basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the more than 300 years old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are well-equipped with underfloor heating, even for the cold season. All spaces have several windows, which can be darkened in the sleeping rooms.
