Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

In addition, it offers an optimal location for cyclists and hikers who can recharge their batteries along the natural stream. The Landhaus Konrad is furnished with attention to detail in a romantic style. The equipment is of the highest comfort.

This place is an ideal starting point to explore Munich and its surroundings. By S-Bahn train, you are in Munich in about half an hour. Within walking distance you will find everything you need for daily use. (Supermarkets, bakery, butcher, restaurants, etc.)

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

The vacation home offers you a vacation feeling on two floors in a former farmhouse from the 18th century – Enjoy your days off in our completely renovated vacation home.

Ideal for larger families, or a small group. Barbecue and seating area in the courtyard. Charcoal and grate are provided by us.
