Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Make yourself at home and cozy up in this rustic accommodation. Your stay is part of a converted barn from the 19th century, located in a village. In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Valleberga fire station!

Here you live in a small, but spacious house with beautiful views of vast fields in the nice village of Valleberga. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together if desired. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room/study. The nearest beach is 10 km away, but the sea with the fishing village of Kåseberga is 5 km away. In the living room, there is a Futon 140x190 that serves as an extra bed.
