Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Indaiá Beach

We spent the Easter holiday (17 to 21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. We went in 10 people and accommodated perfectly. Maria is well worth hiring. We arrived from the beach and the house was neat, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and parasol are new. The pool isn't heated but we still use it every day. We do not miss any kitchen appliances. It has no dryer. Only Suggestion, although there is no tear, change the sofa in the living room. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The colchoes have no smell, a positive point, but for my taste, I found it a little soft (tastes firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linen. Nao has a face and beach towel, these need to take. Shower and air-conditioning ok. Easy access to the mall house and close to the beach. The inner path to the beach is very beautiful and clean. The room underneath and one of the upstairs suites are without screens in the window (missed). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

Cris was a love of person from start to finish. The house is extremely cozy, with beautiful beach decor and all possible utensils. It was the most complete house I've ever stayed in. The stay was simply exceptional. The house is impeccable, extremely comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Always very attentive, helpful and quick to respond, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality stay, with excellence in every aspect. I definitely hope to return soon!

I really liked the environment, it's clean, cozy and very family, the place is quiet, I liked the reception of the caretaker Lopes, super helpful and attentive, the host Alexandre always answers questions quickly. All the messages I sent were always answered quickly and kindly. The house is close to the beach, I highly recommend it

It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.

Kelly and Bruno's place is beautiful! Decorated with very good taste, comfortable beds, very good bath and well-equipped kitchen. They were excellent from the beginning to the end of the stay! Fabi, indicated employee is also great, kitchen well and is very proactive. The condominium is brand new, has a gym and tennis court. All wonderful! It is not in front of the beach, but a brisk walk resolves. Also has golf cart for the take and brings from the beach. It was a delightful holiday! We hope to repeat more often!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

Beautiful view, apartment with personality, since nowadays everything is more grey and monochromatic, this apartment still maintains rustic furniture and a standard kitchen from the 70s.

Maria Luiza was very attentive. He described the accommodation exactly and what it had in terms of furniture and utensils. We were even greeted with a muffin. 🫶🏻 We'll be back for sure!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great! Cozy, very organized and with an ideal spa to relax. We arrived easily at the place and checked in without any problems. We'll be back for sure!

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.
