The house is delightful, great location, quiet street, super close to the beach and the grocery store. Practical, functional and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. TV room and dining room integrated with the kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. It does not have a garage, but you can park in front of the gate without problems. I have a large car and it fit without any problem, the street is wide. I will be back for sure!

The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decoration is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is excellent and super prepared for cooking and barbecuing. The location is also very good, close to the beach at the entrance 20. We would definitely stay at the house again.

In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.
