We host on the Easter holiday now, 2025. Dismissa comments of the house, impeccable dishes, there was simply nothing missing. The house is very close to Riviera, it's worth it !!!

The house is very good, spacious, comfortable, air in all bedrooms and in the living room, well-equipped kitchen with all kinds of equipment: Tostex, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots, glasses, plates, cups. The furniture in general then in good condition and are functional. Very pleasant grill area with a background for an area of forest, maintaining privacy. We had an issue with one of the showers that was promptly resolved by the host. I had read in previous guests' comments about a water pump noise in the room and chose to rent the house anyway, as I thought it might not be so annoying, but it was. It would be good to change the bomb for a silent one or invest in a noise fence, as it really bothers those who stay in that room. Every time it flushes or opens a faucet, the pump triggers high. Other than that, it was very pleasant, the house is very close to the beach, about 10 min walking.

It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

The house is great, with everything I wanted and needed! The location is good, easy to reach and close to the beach! That grass at the front makes all the difference to take a little sun and for dogs to run free! Denis is super attentive and helpful, gave instructions before we arrived and tips from restaurants, market and attractions nearby! We love everything and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area, but it's right in front of the chalet, so it went super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

What an amazing experience we had at Regina's place! It was our first time using Airbnb, and after staying with Regina, we are looking forward to always choosing this type of accommodation from now on. The apartment was spotless, with very tasteful decor, full of pampering. It had everything we needed, including utensils to prepare any meal we wanted. On the corner, there was a very accessible supermarket, where we found everything, chopped fruits, breads, dishes and ready-made meats. The location allowed us to explore all the neighboring cities we wanted to visit. We left with renewed energy to work harder and be able to enjoy this experience again in the future. In addition, the condominium offered excellent amenities, such as a sauna, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool, all very well maintained and clean.
