A lot of space apartment, complete with everything we needed. Close to the beach

The apartment is very comfortable, large rooms and was very organized from the beds with good sheets, towels in the bathrooms and extra towels.

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

Please was beautiful!! Great view!! The pool doesn’t get sun most of the day but it was still enjoyable and clean. The host were amazing and friendly!! We will def come back!!

Apartamento has the essentials to spend a few days resting with a beautiful view. The condominium has a good structure and is safe.

The apartment is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we entered, we already felt the smell of cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is amazing, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes packing much easier. We will definitely return!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

I and my wife chose the place to spend our honeymoon, and we just love it. We were delighted with the place, surprised. The city was all in great state, we felt welcome and at home. We are already making plans to get back with the family. Thanks Daniel!! We'll be back soon...

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman in our accommodation. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linen. The kitchen has everything you could need and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large courtyard for parking and reminiscent of an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super pleasant and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Very good stay, compact and functional house, well clean and equipped. Environment really petfriendly. We went with two adults and one teenager and we had a great experience. Felipe very attentive.

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.
