Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Indaiá Beach

The second time we have hosted with Nilson place is perfect for spending time with family. Nilson always very attentive, and was able to flex our entry and exit times of the apartment , local and close to the beach , market, pizzeria and the quiet beach with infrastructure We love our stay once more!!!

Place exactly as described! Great apartment and condo! It was very clean and Laura provided clear instructions! We were on foot in the mall and the beach even with a 1-year-old baby and a 7-year-old girl! The swimming pool was warm and is perfect for children because of the foot almost the entire length! It has an attached semi Olympic pool that I used to train every day!

Amanda was super cordial, proactive and helpful in the contacts we need to make with her. In the apartment, we feel very comfortable - like at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we were with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old), the wives felt that the apartment was a bit far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and went back on foot (after all, it gives practically 3 blocks at the most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the Mall and the main avenue.

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Wonderful apto! The condo is incredibly well-equipped (2 pools, game room, gym, laundry, covered parking, 24hrs concierge), very well located (literally in front of the beach), with restaurants and markets for less than 2 min walk. The apto has air-conditioning, a very well equipped kitchen and a balcony. Super recommend to everyone and no doubt we will return more often

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Raquel was a great host! The space is super cozy, clean, consistent with all that is described in the listing. New Apartamento, with all the equipment for use during the stay. We were greeted with great whim in every detail. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

We had an amazing weekend as a family. Tania's house is exactly the same as in the pictures and when we arrived everything was clean and organized. Communication with Tania is excellent, responds quickly even with tips. We loved the house, the condominium and the beach. We intend to come back more often.

The house is perfect , very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, gym , swimming pools , sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference was the beach chairs and umbrellas , the staff who put it in the place the guest indicates , all perfect ! Thaís was extremely solicitous and attentive ,we will be back for sure !

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

The house is very well equipped, with new and modern appliances, bed linen and towels of quality, perfect to accommodate people with quality and comfort. The outdoor area of the house has a very tasty space with the pool and barbecue. The condominium in which it is located is great, with a gym, tennis courts, multi-sports court, beach tennis court, playground and some swimming pools scattered throughout the condominium. The condominium also offers beach service with chairs and parasol.

I felt at home ! House with a way of home, without looking like a cube like lately it has around. Amazing pool me and my kids have a lot of fun, attracts a perfect barbecue and for those who like pizza in the wood-fired oven is perfect. I'll definitely be back !
