The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

A casa fica no condomínio Costa do Sol lado praia com câmeras de segurança e rondas 24 horas. Os frequentadores desse condomínio são, em sua maioria, famílias . A caminhada até a praia é muito tranquila (300 metros - 5 minutos) e as ruas de acesso são asfaltadas e planas. A casa é térrea, o sol entra nos dois quartos proporcionando uma sensação de conforto. Os banheiros são grandes e arejados. A varanda é ampla com vista para o gramado e possui churrasqueira e pia.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
