The apartment is well maintained, bright, renovated, air-conditioned, tiled floor, built-in cabinets, barbecue and balcony. It has beach service with umbrellas and chairs, a heated pool, sauna, gym, and tennis court. There is an ice machine in the building for guest use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

There are three bedrooms in the house and another optional one in the edicule, with a total of three bathrooms and a toilet. Private pool, barbecue and freezer.
