This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Our resort is located on a plateau above Oetz surrounded by meadows and forests. We also offer our own swimming pond and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is 15 minutes from us. The apartment type 4 is on the 2nd floor of the vacation house. In winter, well-known ski areas can be reached from us in a short time. Hochötz - 7 minutes by car... next to it are Kühtai and Sölden in our vicinity

Der kostenlose Skibus bringt sie in alle Top-Skigebiete vom Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl und das Familienskigebiet Hochoetz.) Die Einstiegsstelle für die Langlauf Loipe sowie Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.
