The accommodation offers all the comfort you can expect, and Jean-Marc was very welcoming. Close to shops and restaurants, bus stop a few steps away to go directly to the centre of Rennes. Definitely recommend.

Everything was exactly as described in the ad. The directions to get there are perfect with photos that help. The bathroom needs a touch-up, the cistern button is loose and the shower head sticks out a little, small details. A plus is the shower gel and soap and all the necessary products. Wardrobe in the large, modern room. We only had breakfast, but it has an incredibly large kitchen with everything you need for lunch or dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from the center. A supermarket nearby and the parking is very convenient. In short, highly recommended

It was one of the best houses that I have rented so far, everything was on point. I will come to revisit Rennes and rent this house again for sure .

we come back to our hosts with great pleasure the bathroom has been redone in its entirety with a very nice walk-in shower a big plus. the apartment is very well located a short walk from the beach and all amenities. we are always welcomed with the little attention that makes us happy. again thank you

We loved staying here with our friends and our daughters. The animals were a real highlight, feeding the goats and Caesar the donkey! It was so peaceful and beautiful. We spent many hours playing in the garden, on the swings, there were also little bikes or children loved. Swallows swooping signs, eating at the table in the garden, lots of space inside to play when it rained. Perfect place for a fun holiday with friends, with or without children! we also found it easy to get into Rennes to see the galleries there. Thank you so much!! xXx

Very good time spent as a couple in this peaceful place. We fully enjoyed the jacuzzi, as well as the calm offered in the beautifully decorated garden. Séverine is a caring host, very welcoming, smiling and forward-thinking (towels, soaps, water bottles, preheated jacuzzi, etc.) We recommend!
