The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with jacuzzi at the Top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric charging station is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

Hervé is a very kind and friendly host, his daughter who welcomed us was also very smiling and welcoming. Idyllic environment, close enough to shops and the old port, easy to access. Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it very easy to settle in. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

We had a great stay in François and Hélène's beautiful house. It is very well furnished and the garden is beautiful, with a trampoline that made the children happy. François and Hélène are very welcoming and friendly.

Well equipped house, spacious, large enclosed private garden was great for the dog and barbecues. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Arnaud and Franck were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The advantages of the accommodation: very well located, car easily parked in the adjacent street, single storey with private terrace, bedroom, equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the beach.

The decor is charming. Louise was responsive and flexible. Although nestled in a hamlet, the environment is very quiet. Bike path in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, with all the necessary amenities available and located in a prime location! Right on the beach and within walking distance of the city center. As a guest during the summer months, however, take into account a lot of noise at night from singing and calling people walking past the domain towards their sleeping place. The swimming pool on the property is small and is only suitable for smaller children to play in or to refresh as an adult. But the beach and the sea poles at the backyard so if you want to take a refreshing dip or swim longer distances, you can go there.
