Fantastic location, modern well equipped apartment, secure parking and EV charging available onsite

We highly recommend this place, consisting of 2 beautiful bedrooms + a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. It is brand new, super well arranged, very well furnished and in close proximity to the city center: the car stayed in the garage. The weather was not with us but a nice arranged terrace is included! We'll be happy to come back and make a stopover!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped. The size of the living room is great. The hot tub is really the little thing on top. The host is very responsive.

Very good welcome and apparently impeccable in the center of La Rochelle, I recommend it.

Accommodation in the city center that allows access to all the shops needed for a pleasant stay. Karima has tastefully equipped her home. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it in a second.

My spouse and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Céline is a great host, she hosted us very well and we thank her for that. The accommodation is in a very good location and is very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach. The house is very nice and the exteriors are very nice, very well located to reach the bike paths and enjoy all corners of the island! A beautiful home to spend a great holiday with friends! A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a tribe of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and arcade terminal that allowed for wild parts. On the other hand, we all got along very well, we would have liked an unglazed door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to shower or go to the toilet. 😊 But this is really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well equipped and the beach is only a short walk away. Franck is very responsive and the check-in was smooth. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We came to spend the weekend in this apartment in La Tremblade. The building is new with indoor parking space. The apartment is simply beautiful, tastefully decorated, terrace overlooking the harbor. Great for a good time with family or friends. I would recommend it.

Our trip to the island of Oléron went very well thanks to the welcome of Dimitri and Florian who agreed to host our two cats as well. The apartment is very well equipped and meets all the conditions for a pleasant stay. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive to answer any questions.

Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, with all the necessary amenities available and located in a prime location! Right on the beach and within walking distance of the city center. As a guest during the summer months, however, take into account a lot of noise at night from singing and calling people walking past the domain towards their sleeping place. The swimming pool on the property is small and is only suitable for smaller children to play in or to refresh as an adult. But the beach and the sea poles at the backyard so if you want to take a refreshing dip or swim longer distances, you can go there.
