Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hyde Park

Clare and Vanessa’s place was beautiful in a lovely cul de sac with t was very peaceful but a short walk to transport and great places to eat . The house was very pretty and comfortable with everything you need for a stay . The best bit was sitting in the gorgeous roof garden . I would highly recommend this lovely place

Communication was very efficient. Instructions on how to get to their home from where we landed was also offered without us having to ask 🥰 (Which was exactly what we Googled!) Graham and Richard gave a warm welcome when we arrived. Their home was absolutely lovely! Spacious quarters for ourselves - which were very clean and tidy. We ate at the common area near the beautiful garden of theirs. We were lucky enough to have meals here during the summer. We were fortunate to have some time to get to know our gracious host, who were happy to do the same :) West Hampstead area was an easy 18-30mins tube right to central London. And it’s only 1 change to get the Elizabeth line to Heathrow airport. Thank you very much Graham and Richard for a short sweet home away and for all your help with everything! Had an amazing time at Neil’s. He’s super nice, kind and helpful, the place is exactly as described and in a very nice and quiet area. Felt right at home as soon as I got in and had the pleasure to spend some time with his adorable cat Bentley, super cute, super cuddly! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my days in London. I highly recommend it if you’re planning your stay in London and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the city! Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Josephine and her son were really welcoming. She shared a lot of useful information for my travels and looked after me during my stay. She also gave me some enough privacy. I'm really enjoying my time here.

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

Amazing Host! cant wait to be back

We had a wonderful time at Hugo and Kate's flat. The location was very convenient with close proximity to the park, restaurants, museums, tube station. In spite of it being a lower ground floor apartment there was a lot of light in all the rooms as there were many windows. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom made it super convenient for all 5 of us. The master bedroom has its own walk in closet and the bed was very comfortable. The only request would be to put a microwave in the kitchen - a small one on the counter would be ideal. We would definitely stay here again as we had a really lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a nice location, a bit of a walk to the tube, but the area has lots to offer with shops, restaurants, pubs and the famous portobello market. We appreciated the welcome breakfast and lots of tea choices. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Great London guides and maps available for use during our stay. We stayed 3 weeks and the place was cleaned every Wednesday. Paddington tube and railway station very close by. Take the canal boat trip from near the apartment to Camden Lock for a fun day. Good hot water and pressure in shower.

Fantastic location - my son and I really enjoyed our stay here - great spot near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill, not to mention great subway access and a straight shot to/from Heathrow!

Wow what a spot. The view is just incredible and the apartment is very spacious. Getting in we wanted to get in a bit early but sadly the previous folks made cleaning difficult but we did get in at the appointed time. The location is first rate as it’s right at Edgware and Paddington station so easy to get to meetings. One good thing is that they are super communicative so when we had issues, Sami came by that day. We had an issue with the broadband modem (flaky hardware) but otherwise the internet was fast. And also how to use the washer/dryer combo but we got thru it thanks to their support. Overall it’s a great spot in london and we really valued the service!

This flat was the perfect place for my family of four. It’s conveniently located to a tube station, shops, and wonderful bakeries and cafes. The flat was really lovely inside, and was very comfortable to hang out together. The outside patio enhanced the vibe of the place, and was perfect for breakfast in the morning and wine at night. The flat is clean and comfortable with a lovely patio overlooking a garden where squirrels frolicked about! It felt like a little oasis. Little Venice itself is stunning and a great place to explore from. We took a canal boat to Camden which was fab. Sue was a great host and went out of her way to accommodate us with a flexible checking out time which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at the Bengal Tiger in Notting Hill—just a 2 minute walk to the Underground but also tucked away from crowds and noise. The apartment itself was charming with high ceilings and beautiful molding. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms had blackout coverings. The host was very responsive throughout the booking and during our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place for a London holiday if you don’t want to be in the crush of a tourist area. The flat is spacious and uncluttered, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has pubs and restaurants galore with a mix of local and chain cafes and coffee shops all within an easy walk. Practically across the street from Kensington Gardens, it feels like a quiet neighborhood despite being minutes from West End theatres, shopping, tourist attractions, Portobello Road, and the banks of the Thames. We are a family of four with two teenagers and although the kids shared a bedroom, the flat did not feel cramped at all. The balcony/deck was a nice addition. The appliances and furnishings were in good shape. The entire flat was clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed over a weekend and there was virtually no building or road noise. We would gladly come back and highly recommend the flat.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Elena’s place. Great location, all amenities were there, very well maintained and all very modern and up to date. Elena was a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. I loved the little sunny patio in the mornings. The flat can be a little noisy but we didn’t mind. Thank you Elena!

We had a wonderful stay at Henri’s flat in London! The flat is beautiful, homey, and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and plenty of great restaurants which made exploring made it incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Henri was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’re looking forward to booking again on our next trip to London!
