Take a vacation on historical grounds. Since ca. 1848 the old forest house has been standing here on the ruins of the castle Lindewitt with castle moat, of which unfortunately only little can be seen. The owners were, among others, Count Rantzau and General von Blücher and his wife Christina Sophie Countess von Holstein-Holsteinburg. The Lindewitter Forst invites you to long walks or bike rides. The forestry house is centrally located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on the Danish border.
