Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca 75qm, verteilt auf 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn/Esszimmer. In dem Wohn- und Schlafräumen liegt Eichenparkett, eine neue Fußbodenheizung ist eingebaut. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hell und man hat bereits ab morgens den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse.

Kinderstuhl und Kinder­reisebett können bei Bedarf genutzt werden. Alle Fenster nach hinten sind bodentief.

We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
