Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

The small and picturesque village of Detling is found on the slope of the North Downs, just northeast of Maidstone, and on the Pilgrims' Way - ideal if you're looking for a break only a short distance away from London.​

Our guest house is both cosy and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Basics are provided including towels, bread, coffee, tea and fresh bread or croissants. The living area is comfortable and affords a large TV and fast fibre broadband. Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay in a truly quiet peaceful environment.

We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance).
